Two years ago my neighbor listed their home with Penny. The whole neighborhood was amazed at the listing price and said it will never sell at that price. Penny proved them all wrong. When I decided to downsize I called Penny for advice on what price my home was worth. Within 2 days she got back to me and my response was list it. Again neighbors said it wouldn’t sell. Wrong again. I feel she is very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and represented my best interests. I would not only recommend her but would only use her to list my house in the future.
