Jeff Lichtenstein is the kind of Real Estate agent that every seller would hope to have to represent his or her interests.

Jeff is an intelligent, charming, insightful, diligent person with the expertise to properly evaluate the market value of your home and at the same time to sense his client’s needs. He’s also very diplomatic in getting the seller to eliminate any clutter in the house, so that the house shows all of it’s outstanding qualities.

His ability to recognize buyers who might string you along so to speak, is phenomenal. Once such buyer made a low bid and was persistent in raising the bid slightly each time he contacted Jeff, while adding on other contingencies. Jeff felt that his final bid and further requests were untenable. Jeff stated that the house was so new to the market and was offered at the correct market price; therefore this person’s offer should not be accepted.

He was right! Shortly after rejecting this offer, he sold the house at a much higher price to another client, without all the contingencies presented by that client.

Jeff is a man of integrity who is dedicated to his profession and puts all his efforts into doing the best possible job for this clients. This is the highest compliment I can pay him.
