My name is Peter Valente. I moved to Florida a year ago. I was introduced to Sophie and started working with her to try to find me a home. We spent four months searching for a house in West Palm Beach County and Martin County. I was a difficult buyer, can’t tell you how many homes Sophie made appointments to show me. Through four months of house hunting, Sophie, remained patient, calm, positive and always had a smile and knew what to say when I got frustrated with myself. When she took me to a sub-division of new homes, that was it. I was able to create everything I wanted in a home.

I figured Sophie’s job was finished. On the contrary, any time I asked her for help, she was there to support me. As an example, she came with me to Port Saint Lucie, to help me pick out items for the house. This process took over four hours, taking her away from her other clients. There are many other examples.

She is a professional, dedicated, positive individual, who gives a 110% in whatever she does. I am proud to say, she is a great realtor and also a friend of mine!
