I am writing to let you know about the unbelievable effort and attentiveness Homaira Mangal gave us as our listing agent on the recent and swift sale of our second home in Tequesta Pines.

I met her via a call about a year ago when she listed our home for rental, and began showing us small condos in the area for potential purchase for my parents. My husband and I decided to put our home on the market this summer. It was a difficult and emotional decision as we have had a second home in the Jupiter/Tequesta area for the past 30 years! Homaira was extremely accurate with the listing price point and began showing our home regularly and was surprised we did not get any offers within the first few weeks. She predicted it would sell within a month and not only did we receive a fair and accurate offer, we proceeded to close within 30 days.

I know you understand how difficult it is to button up and rid a home in a short amount of time. This is where she really made the extra effort to assist us in suggesting an Estate Sale Team, and went the extra mile in coming by to assist us when we had to donate a lot of items that did not sell. She made several trips to let the new owners in to meet with their builder, let in the donation company to start the furniture purge process when my handyman was not available, and oversaw the MBR set donation to the buying realtor’s church family.

I feel she was extremely professional as well as knowledgeable and is always so pleasant to deal with and very responsive…We will continue to work with her as we look for a condo for the future.
