Joanna’s knowledge and experience with Riverbend CC led to us seeking her out to sell our unit there. The fact that she knew and had worked with staff there and lending institutions locally, was a tremendous plus. Joanna at all times was pleasant, professional, calm, communicative and persistent in finding potential buyers, and ultimately was successful in identifying a buyer and bringing our sale to a close. She worked smoothly with us, by txt, telephone and in person, and responded quickly to txts and questions, sometimes out of hours. She also worked smoothly with the ultimate buyers and their agent, in a challenging market of falling prices, difficulty in obtaining financing and increasing insurance premiums. We did find that during the initial marketing period, she recommended a higher value on the unit than the market tolerated; thereafter, she was skillful in advising price drops that eventually led to a sale.
