We just want let you know how pleased we are with the way you handled the sale of our Windermere home, and we wanted to thank you for all your efforts to close our sale.  At our very first meeting, you told us what Echo would do to promote our home, and you lived up/exceeded all of our expectations.  You provided important advice about what to do to make our home most attractive to potential buyers, after each viewing, you provided very relevant feedback about the comments of prospective buyers, and you handled all of the negotiations until we reached a final agreement with the buyer.  Given the changing real estate market, we couldn’t be more pleased with the result.
