I am not big on writing reviews but I felt that I should take the time to let people interested in working with a high professional, caring, and wonderful Real Estate agent that Susan DeMaille from Echo Fine Properties is the person you need to contact. When I first spoke with Susan over the phone we discussed what I was looking for. Susan said she was not aware of anything currently, but she would take some notes and contact me when an appropriate listing became available. I told her I was very particular and Susan understood where I was coming from. We had a few conversations over the phone and fine tuned what I was looking for. When a listing became available that Susan felt was appropriate she called and we met at the property. I was super impressed with everything about her. It was exactly what I was looking for and then some. Susan’s follow up is second to none. All through the process whenever I called, Susan was always available or returned my call or text in a very timely manner. I have worked with many real estate agents over the years, and most of them left a lot to be desired. Some were pushy, some did not return calls in a timely manner, and they wanted to show you many properties and hopped you would like one.
