Howard was very responsive to our Saturday call about a commercial office space we found in Jupiter.  He was initially told the property was under contract but he continued to inquire, only to learn that the office was in fact available.  Howard coordinated a showing and came prepared with market information for comparisons.  He kept strong communication throughout the purchase process and was easy to reach, which I really appreciated.  He even checked in with us after the closing.
