My wife and I recently placed our home in Jupiter, Florida, 33458 up for sale, as we were planning on moving to North Florida when we sold it. We met with a real estate agent, Sophie Schneeberger, who stated to us that she felt very confident that she could sell the home quickly for us, as she had sold other homes in the area recently. Ms. Schneeberger seemed very confident and also very knowledgeable of the area and made my wife and I feel at ease, as this was a big step for us. We decided to list the home with Ms. Schneeberger due to the above, and low and behold, within one day of listing the home, she contacted us with offers on the home.

My wife and I had moved out of the home days prior to listing the house. Ms Schneeberger called us and advised that she was going to have an open house on that weekend, and we advised her that the house was a mess and probably would not show well due to this. She stated that with our approval she would stage the home herself, which she did. We were very comfortable with her staging the home, as we had known that Ms. Schneeberger had lived in our neighborhood and that she had a great reputation with others in the area. Prior to the open house we were contacted by Ms Schneeberger, and were amazed at how clean the house looked and how everything was placed perfectly in order to show the home properly. It was as we had our own decorator come to the house and stage it.

With all this being said, it really did not surprise us that we immediately, that first day received 3 valid offers on our home, one of which we accepted. From that point on, Ms. Schneeberger assisted us in negotiations, and then in everything else involved in the sale of our residence. She also kept in touch with us prior to closing and even after closing.

The two of us would personally like to thank Ms. Schneeberger for all of her work and her professionalism pertaining to the sale of our home. She made everything seem so easy. We have never had such a hard working real estate agent sell a home for us. My wife and I are hoping that Ms. Schneeberger will be recognized for her hard work, as it didn’t go unnoticed by us.
