Erica Goldman was an exceptional realtor and helped us find our dream house. Throughout the entire process, Erica was extremely patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and engaged. We told her exactly what we were looking for, and she sent us several listings that matched perfectly with what we told her. She took us to see probably over 15 houses and drove basically all over South Florida with us to look at the houses. Once we finally found the house we wanted, she helped us negotiate with the owners to get the house at a good price. After the offer was accepted, she was in contact with us on a daily basis keeping us updated and reminding us of deadlines so the closing went smoothly.
