At the end of January 2011 I searched from Internet properties In Palm Beach County. Andrea found me and started actively communicate with me.
Spending cold, snowy winter In Estonia I exchanged around 20 e-mails with Andrea. At the end of March 2011 me and my wife traveled to Florida and met first time our competent and charming realtor,
Biggest surprise we got, when we visited first house, what Andrea had chosen for us to look over from list of 10 properties – that was the best one and only one. After one week all the paperwork and Inspections had done and we got the keys of our new house. Super!
This could happen, when you have very smart realtor and supporting Real Estate Company. I wish every buyer should have such nice experience, what we got with Andrea.
