Dear Jeff,

Please accept our sincerest apologies for not having written to you much sooner to tell you how extremely pleased we were working with you, Craig and Blake.

There is not one thing that we were disappointed or frustrated with at any point during the sale of our house in Grand Cay at the PGA National or the purchase of our new condo at The Landmark. When we decided to sell our house after 20+ years, Craig suggested we hire an inspector to check the house out with which we did. After the minor adjustments were made and the house went on the market, Craig and Blake never once tried to get us to change our adamant instructions that only serious buyers be shown the house and that they be told there was not much leeway in the price, no “lookers” and no open houses. We probably had eight or nine people viewing the house, with four bids, and we took the final one which was an offer we couldn’t refuse.

Shortly after we put the house on the market, we began looking at condos at The Landmark. As it was a bittersweet decision leaving our house which we loved, Craig and Blake assured us they would find us a place we would also grow to love …… and they did!

We have known you for over 20 years and we were always impressed by your motivation, as well as your strong desire over the years to be the one to sell our house when we were ready. It was this, plus the fact that years ago during one of the worst hurricanes our area had in decades you were thoughtful enough to send us photos while we were traveling of our house and the pool area where the screened enclosure had come down so that we could return home to do repairs (during which time we got hit by the second hurricane!) made us decide that you would be the one we would sign with to sell our house when the time came and we have not regretted it for one minute.

Craig and Blake represent you and Echo Fine Properties, personally and professionally, incredibly well. They are both very pleasant and personable, thoughtful and caring, knowledgeable and extremely professional and gave very good advice and guidance. They were reliable, followed up when they said they would and were always accessible. They certainly made both processes of selling our house and buying our condo as easy and painless as possible. There is not one suggestion that we could make to improve your or their methods or styles.
