Kaycee was an agent at the real estate firm I managed in New Braunfels, Texas. I knew from our first meeting she would make a perfect fit for the company. She asked great questions on how to be successful, and how the brand would do that. Kaycee has a wonderful business background as well as the natural ability to work well with people. That day, it never felt like an interview with her, it was a Business Planning Meeting from the start! She intended to hit the ground running and needed the best support from whichever company she would partner with. Most impressive to me, was her need to meet the owner of the company before committing, to make sure it was a company she could get behind. The owner was indeed impressed!
Kaycee stepped in and did all the right things. Aligning herself with top performers in the office, she shadowed them whenever she could. Picking up leads, open houses, marketing, whatever they needed. If there were any community events we sponsored, Habitat for Humanity, our local Humane Society, Realtor Board charity functions, she was there.
Kaycee had such respect from her peers. Her clients became her friends. It was a pleasure working with her!
