Hi Abe,

I saw a home for sale in Ballenisles, PBG, Fl. on a website, so I called the agent, and Abe called me back within 10 minutes. It was Thanksgiving Day, and I was home in NJ with my wife busy cooking the turkey. Abe said he had not seen the house but was nearby and would be glad to look at the house. I was surprised how quickly he acted and got this deal done with the owner on a Holiday. I would enthusiastically recommend Abe as my realtor. He dresses like success, is articulate, a strong negotiator, easy to deal with and knows the market.

He made the entire process easy, especially as we were in NJ and this was our first purchase in Florida. I would certainly use him again.
