Phineas did an amazing job selling our house in Palm Beach Gardens! His knowledge of the area, timing, and strategies are unparalleled and truly the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. After selling our house for more than we were asking (!!!!) And then managing a very difficult inspection and closing without breaking a sweat, he also was able to find us the exact house we were looking for in an up-and-coming area for less than we had budgeted.
