From our initial appointment with Sophie Schneeberger and Howard Freedland until the final bell rung (the sales closing), our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The contract process was clear and efficient. The photo and video shoots were arranged to meet our schedule and things happened when promised. The showing experience was stress free, which is no easy feat when you’re asked to vacate your own home. Sophie and Howard always gave us prior day notice, always accompanied the potential sellers (no lock box!), and we always received immediate feedback about how the visit went. Communication throughout the listing period was consistently met with promptness, professionalism, and friendliness, whether it was live conversation, texts, or voicemail. We were never left wondering what’s going on. We would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone who is selling or buying, and in fact have already done this very thing to many of our acquaintances.
