Craig –  I couldnt be any happier with the job you did for us. That includes buying the house in July, and reselling it in November in less than 24 hours at 99% asking.. WOW. You are a breath of fresh air compared to realtors in northern Indiana. I’m talking about the way you handle the problems that arise, and helping with negotiations. Realtors around here would have been calling me and encouraging me to take every offer as we get it, and giving in on every situation. You stand your ground. It’s not hard to see why you’re successful. I tell my own kids, keep making good decisions, work hard and always be honest. That’s you. Good job!
