What a great experience we have had the past few years meeting and working with Andrea Roth.
The winter of 2013, we started looking for a home in the North Palm Beach area. She responded to an inquiry we made and thus a wonderful relationship began.
Our original intent was to find a home on the intracoastal with a place to dock our boat. Andrea showed us some really beautiful homes that met all the parameters we had given her. It was like being kids in a candy store, each property nicer then the one before it, and so hard to make a decision. We went as far as putting down a deposit on a $2,000,000 plus home. After much consideration, we decided we weren’t ready for that kind of commitment to Florida as our family and friends were all back in New York. After all her efforts, we felt bad when we told Andrea we just weren’t ready. She was so kind and helpful even at that point and offered to help us find a rental for this past winter so we could take our time to get to know the area and decide what we wanted to do.That turned out to be our answer, and we ended up purchasing a lovely condo in the Tiara on Singer Island which was perfect for getting our feet wet living in Florida for the winters. We had one of the best seasons ever there and made many new friends who like us would be snowbirds. We feel so lucky to have found Andrea and end up with a terrific broker, not out for the buck as they say, but out to make her client happy, but also a new friend we could count on. From housing, to restaurants, to hair dressers, she helped make the transition to Singer Island a breeze.
We have been handing out her business card and singing her praises to everyone we meet who is looking for a home in the North Palm Beach Area. We believe anyone who is looking for a home would be very fortunate to have Andrea as their broker and partner in their search.
