Josh & I just wanted you to know that we are crediting you as the initiation for our finding and buying in Ibis. When we hit bottom, so depressed about the escalating prices and lack of inventory, I remembered that you had mentioned the Ibis community on our first Zoom call. That night we saw two homes online & called Jamie. Our little “bulldog” set up appointments and a tour for the next day. We signed contract that night and are closing on April 30th! We are so happy and can’t wait to move in and to be members there. Thank you again for all your advice (and for training such expert realtors).
