I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the work you and your office did for Phyllis and me with respect to renting and selling our home at Admiral’s Cove. We think you and your office went above and beyond when dealing with our renter during the 2011 winter season. We were out of state and with out your help I am not sure we could have handled all of the problems generated by the renter. “real or imagined”

The actual sale of the house went as smooth as a waxed floor. Handling the sale with a buyer from out of state through their lawyer, and a country lawyer at that, was a bit of a chore. The fact that they handled home sales in a completely different manner then that which is done in Florida did not help. You and your team did the job with a minimum of problems for us.
