Well, where do we start? If you have a perfect and easy sale, I would imagine that Lauren could take care of that in her sleep. This was one of the most challenging, and unusual sales that I have personally ever experienced in my 25 yrs in this business and I must say that Lauren was Aces! She went over, under, sideways and above ANYTHING and EVERYTHING humanly possible to get the job done! This close of escrow was all because of the experience, the  diligent, and extreme drive of this amazing agent. I still cannot believe how much work Lauren put in to this sale. So to wrap this up, maybe anyone can do the easy ones, (half ass-can I say that)? But it takes a special person to take on this kind of a challenge.
