Good Morning, Jeff!

Now that my closing is behind me and I am safely ensconced in freezing Tennessee, I finally have a minute to write to you to tell you about my experience with Joanne.  You recommended her along with a couple of others when I told you I wanted a female agent and I could not have been happier.  She was perfect for me and I am sure would be a perfect agent for anyone.  She always went way beyond what I considered her necessary duties as an agent to help me.  For instance, when my movers were late in arriving and I already had plane tickets for myself, my housekeeper and my cat to leave before they finished packing the house, she stayed that day and the next until they finished, checked the house and locked it for me.  Also, when there was handyman work that needed to be done and I could not find someone to do the work, she brought her husband and he fixed everything.  I don’t know that every agent would be so willing and kind to do all those things, especially for a sale in the price range of my house.

No matter when I talked to Joanne, on the phone or in person, you could tell she had a smile on her face.  She was just a joy to work with.  Thank you for recommending her and don’t hesitate to recommend her in the future.
