What can I say other than WOW!
My sister and I decided to sell our townhome at PGA National and were advised by a fellow realtor to contact Jeff Lichtenstein. We were told if we wanted to sell fast and for the right price he is the one to contact. We couldn’t have been given any better advice.
We made a call to Jeff, an appointment was scheduled for him to meet at our home to view the property and go over the details of listing a property. We were impressed with Jeff’s credentials, his techno savvy company and most assuredly with Jeff himself. Jeff was a combination of both a polished professional who definitely knows his business and a friendly person who immediately puts you at ease with his personality and smile.
Just watching Jeff view our home, taking in every minute detail, as if he were photographing each room with his mind’s eye was an experience in itself
We listed our unit at 3:00PM on a Sunday afternoon, at 6:30PM we were sitting in Jeff’s office signing a contract for sale for the FULL ASKING PRICE.
Jeff and his staff have guided us through each step of the closing process. He has provided us with contacts for each step: his staff have made the process simple, even meeting the home inspector and appraiser at our home when we were not available.
I guess there is nothing more to say other than “Thanks Jeff”!
