The experience was smooth and very pleasant. Our agent, Lauren Hertz, was the only realtor that listened to our needs and wants. She was very accommodable and flexible when showing properties as well as any questions we had for her. Great communication between us and the sellers to make things less stressful and we were able to get a great deal out of the sale. Lauren also went above and beyond by stopping by our new house to see how things are going.
