Dear Jeff (if I may call you by your first name),

I write to let you know how pleased I am that Homaira “Homie” Mangal became my realtor, and for that, I will always be grateful.

When I first met Homie, I wanted vaguely to move from my Boynton Beach home (I had never lived anywhere for so long!) for a place with a water view, but that’s all I knew. When, where, and even what country, were all topics that made me feel undecided and overwhelmed. Homie came to my house and explained the process, but I told her I wasn’t ready to start looking yet simply because of all the factors that made me hesitant.

Homie patiently waited, checking in with me from time to time via email. Then, during Covid, I finally decided that I would try to sell my house and buy a condo. Working through my indecisiveness and coping with the pandemic, Homie helped me see my options. She was attentive to the price range I had indicated, as well as the fact that I needed a place where I could live with my dog.  Whenever we looked at property, I felt comfortable because we were mindful of Covid protocols.

Thinking this was unlikely, I asked Homie if we might view a few properties in North County on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, yet she made it happen. As it turns out, it was Christmas Eve when I saw the condo that I ultimately bought.  Homie felt confident that my single-family house would move quickly and she was right. Homie was in touch by phone and text as we navigated the world of selling a house, buying a condo, and having a dual closing. She always stayed on top of the current situation and gave me informed advice when I asked for her opinion but always let me make the final decision.

I enthusiastically recommend Homie as a realtor. Why? Because she is a consummate professional. She is informed, punctual, listens well and communicates well. (Plus she’s fun to talk to!)
