I’m 75 years old and this will be the 10th residential property we have purchased. So as they say, not my first rodeo with retail brokers. Some were good, some were inattentive, and some were just plain bad. Nick, on the other hand, was beyond perfect. He was all over the place in providing concierge service and remedying issues before they could become even minor issues. He anticipated. Nick displayed a great knowledge of the area, available properties,and trends. In a low pressure manner, he made numerous and helpful suggestions. Coming out of the “closing”, I told him things went so well, I couldn’t wait to do it all over again. And I mean it!!
