Just a note to let you know how much I enjoyed working with you in the purchase of my home at 10 Windward Isle.

You knowledge of PGA National and the several houses you showed me was impressive; your professionalism in sizing up my needs and desires was right on the mark. I’ve bought & sold many houses in the past 50 years, and I can only think of one other Broker who measured up to your abilities.

It also seems that you can exist on very little sleep. A 10pm delivery of documents to my motel room plus early morning & late evening faxes and phone calls to California were the norm for you.

Moreover, you’re a pleasure to be around!
