I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the support and guidance Christine Allsup provided to me and my husband David in finding a winter rental property. I recently retired after 30 years at Yale New Haven Hospital – I managed one of the largest Patient Relations departments in the country so I don’t have to tell you I know how important excellent customer service is to me.
From the first moment I spoke with Christina, she demonstrated outstanding listening skills, patience, and professionalism! After spending the last two years doubling the size of my department, I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how important it is to find dedicated, ethical, trustworthy and personable employees, I would say you hit the jackpot having Christina on your team!
This is our first-time wintering in Florida and out of cold Connecticut. I will not say it was an easy or uneventful experience, however, having Christina as our real estate professional made this process far more tolerable. She remained by our side all the way, she consistently kept us informed, her knowledge prevented us from making mistakes, she was always responsive (even late into the evening or early morning) and I always knew I could trust her expertise, AMAZING!!
