Our experience with Charlie and Andrew was outstanding! They put together a portfolio of properties for us to see and adjusted the portfolio based on our preferences. They were very attentive, responsive and always available. Once we decided on a property and put in an offer, Charlie acted as our point person completing or forwarding paperwork and orchestrating all facets of the closing with only our interests in mind. We have closed on our property and he continues to act as our point person as we are out of state at this time. Charlie has been recommending contractors and arranging for ones until we are back in state. Always the consummate professional, Charlie is, was and continues to be available and responsive.
