I didn’t expect to meet Jake at all. to be honest, I have had so many negative rental experiences in the past and some pretty lengthy processes. He was willing to meet me, he showed up on time, and was up front and honest about what could or could not work, and he got the job done. I’m loving the new place and I’m definitely going to reach out to him again when the time comes.
