We definitely made the right choice deciding to work with David Coulter when listing our home in The Meadows. David’s response time with questions and issues was always prompt, but having him a block away when needed was invaluable. He really went above and beyond what we expected from a Realtor, especially when we were out of the country while our house was on the market. Having first-hand knowledge of The Meadows, David was able to far more effectively inform buyers of the many advantages of the community. His handling of showings, the gate, and the office during the process was seamless, requiring no effort at all from us. David was calm (we needed that!), professional, and volunteered to help many times going well beyond the job description. We appreciated having a truly “local” professional’s (and in fact, neighbor’s) expertise and help.
