Hi Jeff & Jason,

Paula and I are now back in France for 5 months, and we are sorry that we did not see either of you alone before our rush departure to thank you for all the work you did and support you gave us during the phase leading up to the closing on 113 La Vida Court. As you probably know, we finally closed on the house late on May 14 and received the cash the following day just as we were leaving for Miami to take our flight here. Our last days in Florida were extremely hectic with the moving and finalizing everything for the condo which will be refurbished during our stay here. We were therefore very appreciative of your help on our behalf. We hope Mr & Mrs Werner, who seem like a very nice couple, will be an asset to Mirabella.
