From the beginning, we had an understanding and that never wavered! Andrew is a couple of cuts above the average realtor. I made it clear that the average property comp was not relevant here because, comps never really explain the fine details of a property and basically focus on square feet. I also made it clear that time was on our side and we would not be lowering our price because we had a 2-3 year window in order to accomplish our plan. We discussed this in detail and he did not shy away from our requirements. In the end, it all came together.
