Your office represented my wife and I in the purchase of a new home and the sale of our old home in the PGA Resort community. In our purchase you and your staff were patient, knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. The process of searching took a couple of months but once we found a suitable home you handled the offer, acceptance and contract negotiating process with speed and competence. Upon entering the purchase contract for the new house we listed our old home with you and frankly you took our breath away when we were able to sell it within 12 hours at close to the asking price. With your help we were not only able to close on both houses within two weeks but the mover you suggested was able to get us into the new home as we were closing on the sale of the old house. All in all I’d say it was a pretty remarkable effort.
