Charlie is a consummate professional and his knowledge of the local market (past, present and future) was invaluable in our home search. The properties he showed us were spot on and the background color he provided during each home tour (history of the neighborhood, inside scoop on the builder, future area development plans, etc.) really made us feel like we were making a very informed decision.
