Alexandra Castrillon helped us greatly, and immediately, and her high level of professionalism is well-balanced with an equally high level of caring and an earnestness to help. We began in-person, and Alexandra arranged for prompt meetings in this competitive market. Through her experience, Alexandra was also able to give us information beyond the standard details of each listing, and this placed her high above the other realtors we’ve worked with. But also, Alexandra was responsive and trustworthy above and beyond: during our search, we needed to leave Florida, and Alexandra supported our search by offering live / FaceTime appointments.
