I’m writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience in working with Andrea Roth.
My husband spent his career as a developer and residential home builder/contractor, therefore having been in and around many real estate agencies and agents for over 40 years. So -though not my own real estate, I have lived through a lot of transactions.
I’m still in awe that this whole process was handled with us 1500 miles away! Andrea knows her business. She handled the tough conversations brilliantly – was spot on about what was needed to best present the home, didn’t push unnecessary expense upon me as the seller, and was realistic and straightforward about her overall assessment of the unit. As a long distance owner, Andrea handled everything – and only very selectively engaged me. I suspect a lot of work behind the scenes…
And just as importantly- I feel that Andrea could not be so responsive if not for the infrastructure/back office that supports her. The team did an awesome job of handling the marketing, follow up, and finally the close. Again – all went smoothly with very little engagement from me. I was so impressed with the organization and leadership to get me through the process! This is a first class organization where everyone pitches in and works really hard. Not always the case in the Realtor world!
