Sylvia was amazing to work with. Navigating the unknown housing market was difficult especially with a home that required a good amount of work and Sylvia was able to make the sale. Sylvia communicated pretty much daily while we we’re trying to sell the home and continued to offer tweaks in pricing and home improvements. She also helped with a lot of the hands on work, including freshening up the property before showings, taking trash to the curb and helping with hiring help when needed. This hands on approach was especially helpful since I was living across the country while the home was on the market. Couldn’t recommend Sylvia more! Definitely try to work with her if she’s available for your home purchasing/selling needs!
