One of our agents successfully negotiated a contract on a Tequesta home for a Buyer she was representing. Her price was equal to others and it was also contingent upon a loan. Our deal was chosen because we offered better terms. Instead of a 15-day AS IS inspection period, we brought it to 7 days. We gave a closing date that the Seller liked. When all things are equal, the “Terms” can get a deal done for you!
