The subdivision also known as Rainwood West was built in the early 1980’s.  Situated off Burns Road from Prosperity Farms, the development is conveniently located near many schools, Palm Beach Gardens Hospital, restaurants, shopping at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall, the beach, and I95.   Visitors need to be careful of entering Rainwood Circle in their GPS as the development to the east is Town Oaks, sometimes known as Rainwood East because its street names also start with RAIN, although all of those are named Raintree.
