One of the largest condominium complexes near the ocean in Jupiter is Ocean Parks with 328 units.  Situated on 300 North A1A , the floor plans are both two and three bedroom designs with living areas ranging from just over 1,200 square feet to over 1,900 feet.  Built in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, land in Jupiter was cheap enough to allow the complex to have expansive common areas so you will feel like you have you very own yard and room for some enormous ficus trees.

These units have a community clubhouse and pool and some have covered parking.  All have screened patios which is the central focal point of each unit.  Entering you will immediately find the kitchen but you will certainly look right through the living room to the views beyond.  Some higher floors have views of the famous Jupiter Lighthouse.

Condos in Ocean Parks are located across the street from the Jupiter Dunes executive golf course and right down the street from the Jupiter Beach Park and Jupiter Inlet.  The Inlet is famous for jetty fishing and every evening, small crowds gather to watch the end of the day over the ocean.   The location is also adjacent to the Maltz Dinner Theater and some shops including a multiplex movie theater.  Also within a mile you can find restaurants of every type from sushi to steakhouses to seafood spots.  The popular Carlin Park is less than one half mile away with tennis courts, amphitheater, the Lazy Loggerhead restaurant and Heart Trail.  From Carlin Park, the Beach Road continues south for 5 miles with unfettered access to our shore.  Here, walkers, cyclists and beach lovers of all ages have fun and you can even bring the family dog since the beach is “dog friendly”.  Beach life in Jupiter is possible from any of the condos in Ocean Parks.
