North Passage Tequesta Homes

The long and winding road down Country Club Drive leads to the wonderful boating and golfing community of North Passage Tequesta homes.  This gated subdivision consisting of 252 single family homes and townhouses was developed in the early 1990’s and is ideally located along the riverfront, canals and golf course.

Situated in-between Jupiter and Tequesta gives homeowner’s wonderful selections of restaurants, shopping, schools, airport access and proximity to the South Florida famous beaches.  The North Passage Homeowner Association (HOA) fees are low and include common area, manned gated security, cable, basketball, club house with exercise room, community pool and spa, and the golf course.  Residents also enjoy low taxes being situated in Martin County.

The smallest townhomes run from 1400 square feet while single family custom homes along the river have over 4,000 square feet.  Many homes have their own private boat dock and lifts.  Access to the community is easily reached from I95 to Indiantown Road to Island Way to County Club and left to the gate house.  The streets in North Passage, Tequesta Florida 33469 are Deerberry Place, Fairview Circle, North Passage Way, Riverfront Terrace, Water Oak Court, Water Oak Place, Wild Pine Place, Woodhaven Lane, Woods End Place.
