New West Palm Beach Condos

The newest condo, a luxury, 22-story condominium, is going up on the Intracoastal side of new West Palm Beach condos for sale, facing Palm Beach, on a great site. It’s where the Chapel by the Lake was just torn down. It’s an ultra-expensive experiment by a well-known developer to see if the true Palm Beacher will cross the bridge and buy and live in a brand new, $1000+ per sq.ft. condo, all with a minimum 5000 sq.ft., facing Palm Beach.

Once they sell to 6-12 well-known trendsetters, the flood gates should open for its success. I’m betting on its success and I think the early birds will see prices go up by 20% by the time occupancy nears. Only downside is it could get delayed as some protests are occurring, but this is typical.
