I do not limit myself to 1 community, but know them all. My last 8 sales have been in 8 different communities, based on our assessment of our buyer’s needs and lifestyle. With a 30-45 minute conversation, I can pretty much narrow it down to the 3 best communities for them, but sometimes, if I only speak with just either the husband or the wife, I find that the other may want something quite different.
