Low Inventory in Woodland Lakes

The inventory is very low in Woodland Lakes. Because of its central location as well as the friendly residents it is a favorite amongst people looking for a new home!  Prices continue to rise in Woodland Lakes. For example, my listing sold at one of the highest prices in there this year. It was a two bedroom, two bath, updated condo and it closed at $203,500.
