Dara was professional and diligent. She researched homes in our price range and general location. She was very helpful in negotiating certain aspects of our new home. ie: outstanding permits, liens, fines, etc. It was a pleasure working with her. Would highly recommend!

I just bought a property through Jake and I would say one of the best qualities working with him is that he is QUICK. If there’s something new on the market, he quickly notifies you. If I want to see a property, he’s immediately available. I am so glad that I worked with him! I found the property of my dreams. 🙂

We’ve used Jake Falk on multiple occasions for various rental properties and he’s amazing. Super driven yet professional and very ethical. Great energy and always accessible. We feel very fortunate to have been introduced to Jake and look forward to our next transaction.

Jake is an amazing and supportive realtor! My husband and I just purchased our first home in South Florida. Jake walked us through the process, kept an organized timeline and made the whole process fun/easy. Jake will give you great advice and help you with important decisions! Weather you are a first time home owner or buying your vacation home.

Jake Falk was outstanding to work with. He narrowed my search to show me only condos that met my criteria. He was professional and accommodating to my schedule. He has outstanding knowledge of WPB and I would highly recommend him to help you find your next home.

Jake was amazing! I had a short timeline between moves and needed a property with specific requirements. He found me the perfect place within the hour! Highly recommend Jake for your next property.

I didn’t expect to meet Jake at all. to be honest, I have had so many negative rental experiences in the past and some pretty lengthy processes. He was willing to meet me, he showed up on time, and was up front and honest about what could or could not work, and he got the job done. I’m loving the new place and I’m definitely going to reach out to him again when the time comes.

Jake was so helpful in finding me an apartment that hit all my requirements, and even provided live and recorded showings for me when I wasn’t able to be there in person. His guidance on what the right place was for me was spot on, and I’m so thankful for his help! 10/10

I have recently visited West Palm Beach to explore moving there. I was helped by Jacob Falk who went above and beyond and arranged for viewing tons of properties. He is thoughtful, he listens, he cares and he follows through.. A rare combination. Thank you Jake for all your help. An amazing experience!
