I chose Echo Fine Properties, because of Nick Bartletti. He had such a fantastic attitude and his knowledge of every part of the sale was outstanding. The buyer was almost totally impossible and I almost wished the sale wouldn’t go through, but Nick exhibited extreme patience and went to closing with professional dignity. Nick brings honor to your company. The paperwork from your company is informative and the updates on the market sent to my internet, kept me focused on the sale. Thank you.

Our experience with Sylvia Isaacs has been beyond exceptional. She spent a lot of time understanding what we really needed and wanted in a new house. Her attention to detail and follow-through were fantastic. Thanks to her and her support, we are in our new home. It is everything we wanted it to be. Thank you to Sylvia and Echo Fine Properties.

Owning a home in a rather unique area, I was tasked with finding a rental agent to secure a tenant. Echo Fine Properties came up on a Google search and after doing my homework I reaqched out and was connected with Taylor Fleming. The process was smooth efficient and quick. Not sure how she could have done a better job!

Adrianne Brabender was professional, prompt, and attentive throughout the entire sale of our property. She went above and beyond, and got our property sold in a short time period.
