Keegan Bradley´s home in Jupiter Florida now home to PGA´s Wanamaker Trophy

Keegan Bradley, a Jupiter, Florida resident, overcomes a triple bogey on 15 to fall 4 shots behind leader Jason Dufner at the Atlanta Athletic Country Club and then goes on to win the PGA Major championship in a 3-hole playoff.

Bradley, who grew up in Vermont, hated the cold winters there and gave up skiing to chase the little white ball in sunny Jupiter, Florida.

Birdies at 16 and 17 in regulation got him into the playoff, and then a birdie on the first playoff hole set up the win.

Remarkably, Bradley, only 25, was playing in his first Major Tournament and won, something that has only occurred twice in golf’s history. Bradley joins Charl Schwartzel as one of two local area winners of majors in 2011.
