Jupiter is an affluent area and so finding affordable housing can be an issue. People searching for that first starter home in this part of Florida can find themselves priced out of the market. But one section of the Town of Jupiter where homes are still affordable is Jupiter Gardens.
Homes in Jupiter Gardens are located just south of Indiantown Road which is our main east/west corridor. This means residents have easy access to everything. The single family homes here are typically three bedroom with either one or two baths and square footages range from around 1,000 feet to nearly 2,000 although most tend to be around 1,300-1,500 in size.
These are great family homes due to the fact that most schools are Jupiter’s “A” rated and are very close with the furthest being only about 2 miles away. The locations also gives you easy access to all the public facilities we have in Town. You can reach Town Hall, Jupiter Community Center, the North County Aquatic Center, the Post Office, the Jupiter Medical Center and the Jupiter Community Park (as well as other smaller parks) in less than 5 minutes.
Want to hit the beaches? Our miles of free coastline are just 10 minutes to the east along Indiantown Road. At the beach you will find family friendly parks like Coral Cove, Dubois Park, Jupiter Inlet Park and Carlin Park. And you can bring the family dog to the beach too. The Friends of Jupiter Beach have a section designated as “dog friendly” and your pet is welcome here.
Being close to the west side of the Town means you also have easy access to I-95. The Palm Beach International Airport and downtown West Palm Beach are just about 15 minutes to the south. And the downtown center of Palm Beach Gardens is less than a 10 minute ride.
