Jupiter Bay Condos

The 359 condos in Jupiter Bay are located in one of prime locations in Jupiter and because they were built in the middle 1980’s, a large amount of land was devoted to common areas.  The result is an expansive property with lakes and vistas.  There are one and two bedroom units with floor plans starting at less than 1,000 square feet and going to about 1,400 feet of living space.

The location is just south of Indiantown Road and between US One and the Beach Road.  The community backs up to Carlin Park, one of Palm Beach County’s most popular beachfront parks.  Here in Carlin you will find a Heart Trail, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, outdoor pavilion and of course access to the ocean.

Directly across the street is the new Riverwalk development which the Town of Jupiter is developing as a waterfront shopping and entertainment complex situated along the Intracoastal Waterway.  And within casual strolling distance are all types of restaurants, grocery store, theater and movies.  If you are looking for a little piece of Jupiter to call your own, Jupiter Bay might be just the place.

If you like to boat or fish, the Jupiter Inlet with boat rentals and dry storage is only about a mile away.  And the fishing is great at the Jupiter Beach Park too either from the Inlet jetties or along the shore.

If you like the shopping and dining district of Palm Beach Gardens with shops like Saks, Macy’s and Nordstrom’s and restaurants like the Bonefish Grill and The River House, you only need to head south on US One 10 minutes to find them.
